What does Mail-in repair mean?

If you live far from us or because of Covid-9 situation, you can mail your device and we would mail it back after repair, you pay for shipping label and we pay for return shipping label. you have 3 to 6 months warranty on repairs. You need to go to "Self Check-in" Page and submit your repair request and we get back to you with instruction.
